How do I contact customer service?

    I have been trying to contact customer service for over 2 months. I made on order on January 24th that I never received. I have submitted multiple support forms and have gotten no response.

    Hi there, sorry to hear you're having trouble with our support form. That’s actually one of the reasons we created the Help Portal! If you could kindly resubmit your tickets there, I’d be happy to make sure they’re escalated for you.

    Also, please check your spam or junk folders, as replies can sometimes end up there depending on your email provider.

    i purchased tickets and the concert is tomorrow.   I have not received the tickets and there is no # to contact anyone.  I submitted a support form on the portal but it says someone will get with me in 3 days.   This doesn't help me.
