I have been trying to contact customer service for over 2 months. I made on order on January 24th that I never received. I have submitted multiple support forms and have gotten no response.
Same thing has happened to me, no contact from anyone.

Also, please check your spam or junk folders, as replies can sometimes end up there depending on your email provider.

i purchased tickets and the concert is tomorrow. I have not received the tickets and there is no # to contact anyone. I submitted a support form on the portal but it says someone will get with me in 3 days. This doesn't help me.
