Every individual item in your order is shipped separately, which means that they may arrive at slightly different times. This is an important detail to keep in mind when tracking your purchases. In the case of mailed certificates or physical products, we have a policy in place to assist our customers who experience delays. Specifically, if you have not received your order within 28 business days from the date of purchase, we can reissue your order to ensure that you receive what you paid for.
For items such as print-on-demand vouchers, the process is a bit different. These vouchers are conveniently emailed to you immediately upon confirmation of your order on the day of purchase. This means you should expect to see them in your inbox shortly after completing your transaction. To ensure you don’t miss out on these important emails, we recommend checking both your inbox and your spam or junk folders, as sometimes automated emails can inadvertently end up in those locations.
