How long does shipping take?

• Mailed Certificates & Products: We recommend that you contact us if the items have not arrived within 28 business days of your order date.  Once your order has past the estimated delivery time, contact our support team for help.  It is important to note that you have a window of 90 days from the date of your order to file an ITEM NOT RECEIVED claim. This ensures that we can assist you promptly and effectively in resolving any issues that may arise with your order.
• Print-on-Demand Vouchers: For those who ordered print-on-demand vouchers, it is advisable to check both your inbox and your spam or junk folders. Sometimes, emails containing important information and vouchers may inadvertently end up in these folders due to email filtering systems.
