I have been trying to get support from an order that I placed Feb 21st and I am not getting any responses so why do you have a “Help Support” if no one is helping. Very disappointed.

I’m sorry you’ve had trouble getting a response. We recently switched platforms due to an issue that was preventing us from receiving tickets from some users.

I submitted a ticket for help securing my tickets to the Bulls, Bands, and Barrels event. It is Saturday. I have not received the code through email to secure my tickets. A three day response time could easily result in the event selling out which would not allow me to attend the event I paid for. Can someone please escalate the ticket and/or assist me? Thank you.
